## CVE Tracker

A database of CVEs affecting ten vendors — Microsoft, Linux kernel, Cisco,
Apache, Fortinet, Juniper, F5, VMware, Citrix and Palo Alto Networks — built
from three sources and refreshed every two hours:

- **NVD (NIST)** for the vulnerability record, CVSS score and affected CPE ranges
- **CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities** for confirmed in-the-wild exploitation
- **EPSS (FIRST)** for the probability of exploitation in the next 30 days

Vulnerabilities are ranked by whether they are actually being exploited, not by
CVSS score. A flaw scoring 7.5 that ransomware operators are using today matters
more than a theoretical 9.8 nobody has weaponised.
